Refund Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy defines the terms under which cancellations and refunds are processed for our IT, web development, and digital marketing services for educational institutions.

As our services involve in-depth planning, strategy, design, and digital execution, we follow a clear and fair refund policy. Once a project, campaign, or development work has been initiated, refunds are generally not possible due to the resources, time, and expertise already invested in the process.

Cancellation requests made within 24 hours of service booking may be considered if no work has commenced. Approved refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 business days and credited to the original payment method.

Pravesh Setu reserves the right to cancel any service in case of unforeseen circumstances, technical issues, or lack of cooperation from the client. In such situations, a partial or full refund may be issued based on the project’s progress and resources utilized.
